H1 2023

New features on the earthron Waste Processor [ewp] platform

An eventful first 6 months of 2023 has kept us busy. Our customers are getting to be very demanding and have been pushing us to deliver solutions for reducing the data black holes in their operations. We continue our focus on Bio Medical Waste Management operations (BM) and Municipal Solid Waste Management (MSW). Our BM software is quite mature and is now more than four years in the field. The MSW software is still evolving, and we have been doing quite a few interesting changes, more about it later in this newsletter.

One of the requirements in the BMW act is for every HCF to have a public page displaying how much waste was generated every month with details of Type and Quantity.

auto generated page for each hcf

We built a new module to automate this process. HCF’s who have signed up with the Plant operator for this service can now get a dedicated page with all the details auto populated. For a nominal fee the HCF can now be fully compliant.

CPCB CENtral server integration

make changes from your portal to enable/disable data sharing

You can now register HCF by city from the Portal. The Bag data can be enabled for specific cities. This allows the Plant to improve their operation in each city and then enable them to send data to CPCB Central Server.

You are completely independent in managing your own operations and do not need to contact your software developer for every small change

Managing Compliance

monitoring compliance for the central server information delivery

CPCB has deployed a Central Server for collecting information of each Bag in real time. Information of when the Bag is scanned by HCF (30+ beds), the driver and the Plant has to be sent to the Central Server. With 100’s of HCF scanning the bag atleast twice everyday we understand that the Plant will not be able to manually track non-compliance. We have developed a Dashboard which will filter through all the data and Inform the Plant about HCF’s (30+ beds) and Drivers who are not complying with the procedures. This makes it very easy to identify issues in advance and avoid non-compliance and penalties from the Pollution Board or NGT.
